Although a great number of achievements have been reached, still
millions of people are currently living below the poverty line
in our target areas and are striving every day for better living
conditions. A lot of work still needs to be done in all areas of
interventions, from child labour to women empowerment, from
health and sanitation to social housing, from sustainable
farming and agriculture to livelihood promotion opportunities.
ASSIST is therefore looking for every kind of support,
from individuals, groups and organisations all over the world to
respond to the demands of the villagers for taking up a variety
of interventions in the self-help process that will result in
their empowerment. Every kind of support, even small, can be
extremely useful for improving the living conditions of this
disadvantaged population.
